Kinney Clark

Kinney Clark is a GIS Specialist with the NJ State Historic Preservation Office coordinating cultural resources GIS development and other information management initiatives. He also participates in HPO’s annual federal funding process and in project development and data coordination for the Certified Local Government sub-grant program. He previously worked with the HPO’s Transportation Unit, providing historic preservation review and technical assistance under a variety of federal and state programs. He holds a Masters of Historic Preservation from the University of Georgia’s College of Environment and Design, a Bachelor of Business Administration from UGA’s Terry College of Business and completed a Professional Certificate in Geomatics from the Continuing and Professional Education Program at Rutgers University. Mr. Clark also currently serves on the Historic Preservation Advisory Board in Cranford, NJ.
