Billy Neumann

William “Billy” Neumann is a commercial photographer with 25+ years of competitive experience in the NYC market. He is an Adjunct Professor of Photography with School of Visual Arts and truly believes he can teach “anyone, anytime, anything about photography.” For five years he was chairman of Rutherford’s Historic Preservation Commission, is currently Vice-Chair of the Bergen County Historic Preservation Advisory Board, a PNJ Board Member and graduated through Drew University’s Historic Preservation Certification Program. Billy is a popular speaker on many topics regarding historic preservation, preserving photographic materials and the history of Bergen County. He is the author of the bestselling books Rutherford: A Brief History (History Press 2009) and Rutherford: Images of America (Arcadia Publishing 2012) and was a contributing author to The Revolutionary War in Bergen County (History Press 2010.)
