Building a Place for History
Jessica Bush holds an M.S.Ed in Museum Education from Bank Street College of Education in NYC. She has a professional museum career spanning nearly two decades which includes the New Jersey Historical Society, the Save Ellis Island Foundation, and the New-York Historical Society. She has an extensive background in interpretation, exhibition, and public programming development and has trained in dialogue facilitation with the International Coalition of Sites of Consciousness. Currently the Museum Curator with the Passaic County Department of Cultural & Historic Affairs, Bush draws from the County’s art and artifact collections to create experiences that enhance an exploration of daily life with the goal of deepening our insights into the human element of history.
