Meg Sullivan

Meg Sullivan, an experienced Realtor, is a specialist in Antique and Historic Homes along with residential sales and marketing in the Chester, NJ Coldwell Banker Realty Office. Meg’s love of older homes began growing up in her family home in Glen Ridge, NJ which was built in 1865. It had a slate roof, wrap around porch, and 2 fireplaces. After Meg earned her bachelor’s in psychology from Montclair State University, she attended Drew University’s Historic Preservation Program and just earned a certificate from Cornell University’s Historic Preservation and Sustainability Program. Meg and her husband, Joe, work diligently for their clients to have a smooth and successful transaction. They use specialized marketing for vintage homes along with the Coldwell Banker’s global marketing for maximum exposure to the market. One of Top Realtors in Morris County Northern NJ, Meg Sullivan has been a licensed realtor for 31 years, mostly with Coldwell Banker in Chester. Meg is well versed in the Real Estate markets of Morris County as well as Hunterdon, Warren, and Sussex Counties.
