Allee Davis

Allee Davis is a Principal Senior Architectural Historian and the Co-Director of Historic Architectural Services at Richard Grubb & Associates, Inc. She received a M.S. in Historic Preservation from the University of Pennsylvania in 2013 and a B.S. in Architectural Studies, with a Concentration in Historic Preservation, from Thomas Jefferson University in 2010. Since joining RGA more than ten years ago, Ms. Davis has completed and managed projects requiring historical research and writing, architectural surveys and analysis, the preparation of National Register of Historic Places nominations, and Historic American Buildings Survey/Historic American Engineering Record documentation. These efforts have often been completed to maintain compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act, the National Environmental Policy Act, and other state or municipal cultural resource regulations. She has completed or managed hundreds of architectural history projects that have supported transportation related improvements in New Jersey, including for the New Jersey Department of Transportation, New Jersey Turnpike Authority, and multiple counties. Ms. Davis’s educational and professional experience exceed the qualifications set forth in the Secretary of Interior’s Standards for an Architectural Historian [36 CFR 61].
