Frank F. Caruso
Frank F. Caruso has served as an appointed member of the Burlington City Historic Preservation Commission since 2016 and was recently voted Chair in 2023. Mr. Caruso is also a member of the Annual Preservation Conference Planning Committee and an event volunteer. Professionally, Mr. Caruso is the Executive Director for the Government Records Council (“GRC”), an affiliate of the N.J. Department of Community Affairs. Mr. Caruso graduated from Rutgers, Camden Campus in 2004 with a major in history and minor in museum studies.
