Michael Wierzbicki
Michael Wierzbicki is a Senior Project Officer within the Historic Preservation Department at the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA). Since joining the NJEDA in the fall of 2021, he has been involved in the development and implementation of the new Historic Property Reinvestment Program (HPRP). In his current position, he is tasked with review of HPRP applications and providing technical assistance with regards to requirements associated with construction management, construction cost estimates, and project schedules. Michael has over 18 years of experience in the field of construction management. Prior to joining NJEDA, he worked in the private sector for a general contracting and engineering company where he served in numerous roles including Assistant Manager of Procurement, Project Manager, and Junior Estimator.
