William Neumann
William Neumann, CHP has documented the 1832 Paterson Hudson River Rail Road and seeks to preserve its history by developing and preserving the abandoned railway stem that borders the boroughs of Rutherford and East Rutherford. He is the Vice President of Preservation New Jersey and former chair of Bergen County’s Historic Advisory Board.
