    Liberty State Park

With the Manhattan skyline, Statue of Liberty, and Ellis Island as a spectacular backdrop, Liberty State Park is one of the state’s most dramatic parks in the heart of metropolitan northern New Jersey. Located directly on the shores of the Hudson River, Liberty State features a two-mile promenade, wide open fields, restaurants, the NJ Empty Sky 9/11 Memorial, Central Railroad of New Jersey Terminal, and Liberty Science Center. Liberty State Park is also the only location in New Jersey with Ferry service to Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty.
